What is Pony Club? Pony Club is an organization of dedicated volunteers begun in1929 as a junior branch of institute of the Horse in England. Our Pony Club Mission The mission of Boise Pony Club is to provide instruction in riding and horsemanship in a safe and fun environment, to promote good sportsmanship and help each participant develop into a well-rounded self-disciplined citizen. Also, to support the United States Pony Club (USPC) concept of a "happy rider on a happy horse" and to enable every member who wants to compete on a rally team (when age appropriate) to do so.
